frequently asked

How do I prepare for my airbrush tan?

Shower at least 6 hours before your appointment, remember to exfoliate your body (loofah, mitt, wash cloth, or oil free scrub) , and if you shave or wax do so the night before or several hours prior to your appointment. Remember to not have moisturizers, lotions, or deodorant on before coming in, and have a freshly washed face. Wear loose, breathable clothing and footwear (no leggings, skinny jeans, tight fitting lululemons, tight fitting undergarments.) If its raining or snowing please bring an umbrella and / or hooded sweater or jacket, and appropriate closed toe footwear.

What do I wear for my airbrush tan?

Most clients wear their underwear, or bring a bathing suit - its really up to you and what you're comfortable with. Wear as little or as much as you would like. Tan lines are always optional.

How long will I be there?

You will be in and out within 30 minutes. The actual tanning application usually takes no longer than 10 minutes.

Is there any special aftercare?

Wait at least 6-8 hours  (preferably 12 hours, or overnight) to shower, swim, or exercise. Avoid putting  on makeup, moisturizers, or deodorant during this time. If you notice you're starting to perspire you can apply a small amount of corn starch to the area.

Rapid  hour tan solution  instructions: shower with warm water an hour after spraying for a light tan, 2 hours after for a light medium tan, and 4 hours after for a deep tan.  Wash with warm water. The cosmetic color guide will wash off. This is normal and does not affect your tan. Pat dry (no rubbing) after washing . During the duration of your tan make sure you avoid exfoliating, and use a new sharp razor if you need to shave. Moisturize morning and evening.
